Well, I am still riding like the devil. My goal of a century ride every weekend failed today. Ate
2 glucosamile tabs but no food, un-per instruction that say take 1 per day w/meal, and got a bellyache like my old peptic ulcer had returned. Ride over! Only finished the intro climb at SD and quit. But, I am riding alot. About 500 mi/mo this last month or so. I am turning to the dark side, road biking. My mtn bike is lonely. Oh well. Musically I have turned too. Been playing clarinet in the FR band instead of sax. Sacre Bleu! Ah, I do love a challenge. Already registered for th 08 SM100. I hope to actually finish in less than 11 hours this year. Hell, I did 100 mi on SD last 2 weekends in 8 hours. By race day I hope I can do it in 7. 11 hours off road may be doable.
