National City Blows!

I guess I can blame this on the curent mortgage crisis I keep hearing about.
My home equity line priviliges have been terminated because my wife mistakenly paid a bill too early and we missed only one month. No contact from them. Just termination, right after I sent them a check 2 days after learning of my wife's honest error. These people do not want to work things out. They just want out of the deal. I have never received such poor customer service. If you are in the market for an equity line, stay away from National City.
