40 seconds

Hammered again at Fountainhead and netted 40 seconds bringing my best time down to 51:10.
It is pretty unreal that some really fast guys get down between 30 & 40 min.
Hope to get my first sub 50 lap this year. Maybe next month. Taking the wife and boys out to the C&O towpath for tandem bike family fun.
