Well, my forced 2 weeks of vacation ends tomorrow, so I rode my mtb today, huray!
I was supposed to ride with a group from MORE but I forgot my damn helmet! Oh well, that meant the wife and kids could come out for a walk after I went back to get the brain bucket.
Just as well, the group was slower than I could have handled and I caught them 50 minutes into a 1 hour lap of Fountainhead. This after an hour plus going back home for the errant helmet. I think there were some nubies and it was a no drop ride and FH is not exactly beginner friendly:)
And thanx to Doug(hilljunkie) for schooling me on formatting the attached image of today's ride.
The Garmin Forerunner 301 results from long road rides is alot more reasonable than this short trail ride, but you get the idea of the ride anyhow.
